We have received a lot of feedback recently from our customers asking when we plan to re-open our stores. In consultation with our staff and with the recent relaxation of government restrictions in WA, we are happy to announce the reopening of our stores. We have carefully selected stores that offer a large footprint, allowing for us to continue to follow government guidelines, maintain social distancing and keep our customers and staff safe.
Our store opening plan is as follows:
Thursday April 30th
Friday May 1st
Albany, Balcatta, Wanneroo, Belmont
Monday May 4th
Butler, Geraldton, Malaga, Southern River, Kelmscott, Northam, Cannington
Thursday 7th May
Friday 8th May
Port Kennedy, Bunbury (Closed Mondays)
Saturday 9th May
Subiaco, South Lake, Mt Lawley
Monday 11th May
Tuesday 12th May
Monday 18th May
Perth Metro, Osborne Park
Friday 22nd May
Saturday 23rd May
We have also taken the following safety measures in each store:
- Monitoring the number of people entering our shops as per government restrictions
- Marking floors and adding signage to remind customers about social distancing, and increased distancing at the cash desk area through the use of trestle tables
- Having masks and gloves available for customer-facing and money-handling staff, as well as paper towels, disinfectant and hand sanitiser available for all staff and customers to use
- Increased cleaning schedule of our stores
We continue to accept donations and will now do so in all stores. Stores that are open will accept donations during store hours, and stores that are closed will accept on Monday to Friday from 9am – 3pm. We appreciate our customers support and donations during this time but also a reminder to only donate products and items in good condition that you would happily give to a family member or friend.
We look forward to welcoming our customers back to our stores with many new winter product arrivals and treasures to look forward to! If our first round of store openings go well, our staff and customers remain safe and the Government further relaxes the guidelines we will plan to open more stores in due course.
As always we will continue to monitor the feedback and progress of the situation as it unfolds and keep everyone informed with any changes or updates.
