Store Opening and Home Collections Update

Western Australia – we’re excited to have come out the other side!

STORE REOPENING

We have had fantastic feedback throughout the first part of the reopening, and are excited to announce we will be expanding the numbers of people allowed in stores from Saturday 6 June in line with government regulations. We have been able to double our customer numbers in store based on store size and layout.

We’d like to congratulate our 28 stores which are now open. These stores include Albany, Balcatta, Belmont, Booragoon, Bunbury, Butler, Cannington, Fremantle, Geraldton, Gosnells, Kelmscott, Kwinana, Malaga, Mandurah, Midland, Morley, Northam, Osborne Park, Perth Metro, Port Kennedy, Rockingham, Southern River, South Lake, Subiaco, Wanneroo and Willetton.

Unfortunately our Mega Barn store is still temporarily closed. As soon as we have further updates on Mega Barn we will advise.
Please note, all our stores will close from 5:30pm on Thursday nights. We hope to resume trading shortly.

DONATIONS
We appreciate our customers support and donations, but also a reminder to only donate items in good condition that you would happily give to a family member or friend. We are currently accepting donations at our stores, yellow donation bins in the community and via Home Collections.

We have recommenced our Home Collection service. We’re happy to offer people and businesses FREE Home Collections for donations larger than five bags. We suggest if you have large items or cannot fit the donations in the boot of your car, please call us on 1300 GOOD SAMMY (1300 466 372) for pick-up.

As per our usual protocol, our staff will not enter homes for collection, we suggest the items are placed all together in an easily accessible outdoor area – a carport or an open garage is ideal.
We’d love to thank our customers who have supported us through this uncertain time and adhered to social distancing measures while in our stores. You have been instrumental in keeping our dream alive.
We also could not have done this without our staff who have been on the front line adjusting to these changes and monitoring the feedback from the public. We thank you for this.
As always we will continue to monitor the feedback and progress of the situation as it unfolds and keep everyone informed with any changes or updates.
